WATCH HILL COASTAL CLASSIC

This multi-family new build on the shores of historic Watch Hill was envisioned with family at the heart of the design. Custom-built as a summer home for two young families to retreat to for years to come, the project offers an abundance of spaces for formal and informal gathering, al fresco dining, and family-focused spaces such as play rooms, a fully customized bunk room, and a functional mudroom to help keep our clients organized.

SPACES
Mudroom, kitchen, breakfast room, butler’s pantry, powder rooms, great room (living room and dining room), library, guest suites, entryway, two primary suites, children’s bedrooms, bunk room, upper and lower galleries, home office, play rooms, recreation rooms, poolside gathering spaces, covered patio and outdoor balcony.
